Gmail Login

Please see the information below for details on your first login to Gmail.

To log into Gmail, you should go to the Gmail website at http://mail.hpseagles.net

There you will see a long in similiar to the one below.  (For a larger view, please select the picture.)

You should type in your network ID and password, which is the same for Groupwise.  

Some users will be presented with the screen below.  This screen is to ensure that an automated process is not logging in for you.  (Gmail uses this for security purposes.)  Please follow the directions on the screen shot below.   (For a larger view, please select the picture.)

After you are logged in your screen will be similiar to the example below.   (For a larger view, please select the picture.)

When your email files are imported from Groupwise, it will appear similar to the example below.  

Please note that if you have emails stored in folders, they will appear as "Cabinet/FolderName"

In the example above, any emails that were in a folder on Groupwise called Benefits now appears in Cabinet/Benefits.  

 Please keep in mind that some emails may not be able to be imported due to virus files being attached to the emails.
